| Aplicación | 3,3-dimethylcyclohexanone, as a structural analogue of insect pheromones or plant volatile organic compounds, has been found to participate in the chemical communication process of some coleoptera and hymenoptera insects, and its specific cyclic ketone structure can mimic the three-dimensional configuration of natural pheromones, and exhibit attractant or repellent activity in the behavioural regulation of storage pests (such as grain beetles) and pollinators (such as bees), and is currently being explored as a molecular template for new ecological pesticides to develop green control agents that target and interfere with pest olfactory recognition. |
